In support, to note that while Network Rail’s Kent Route Study is correctly referenced in para. 9.4.2, it was published back in May 2018, and has been followed more recently by their North & East Kent Connectivity Modular Strategic Study of Spring 2023 which includes various supportive references to the re-introduction of passenger services to part of the Grain Branch.
