I object if the parcelling up of the development allows the developers to avoid the biodiversity nett gain obligations that would apply if a bigger single development. The "Garden of England" is valued by residents and one of the few things that Rainham is proud of about its location.

You will end up with 750 homes built piecemeal and with no continuity or cohesion to the site. The potential for disruption is magnified the more companies involved.

The proposed developer has confirmed during consultation meetings that they expect the development to still take 10 years. Stating here that the development will be quicker is disingenuous at best. Having the houses look different to each other does nothing to address the infrastructure issue and loss of hundreds of acres of agricultural land.
