The site of the Innovation Park has many advantages but like Horsted and South Rochester suffers from noise pollution from the adjacent airfield.

This project has been very badly run and the governance in particular was poor. They’re iOS a. Story to tell here which has not seen the light of day but it is a disgraceful waste of public money on a vanity project
