I appreciate the concept of Meanwhile Uses, which involve temporarily using vacant spaces, units, and plots for up to 6 months if they align with the Council’s strategies. While this approach might not suit Allhallows, I see its value elsewhere. It can serve as a trial to determine what local areas genuinely need and enjoy. If a temporary use proves successful and beneficial, it could be considered for a more permanent installation, making it a flexible way to enhance community spaces and meet evolving local needs.
