The areas of development and areas which need protection is not spread out over the whole of Medway. The main area of focus on development is the Hoo Peninsula, small villages now being overpopulated.

Protection of areas is not fully considered, Deangate Golf Course for one should of been protected.

The principle of planning is essentail. I just wish that the the timing had worked for the Making Space for Nature plan to be incorporated, as this has already been through consultation with Medway residents and would help avoid conflicts between housing and the natural environment.

Adding another 750 homes and two schools to an already congested area of Medway/Rainham will do nothing to make Medway/Rainham a great place to live. It is already causing misery at the mere threat to people living in the area that they will be unable to sell their houses at market value should they wish or need to for a period of up to 12 years, the planned length of the consultation/development.
