Too much emphasis is on development of Hoo Peninsula. Not enough serious attention paid to negative effects such development would have on conservation of flora, fauna, environment, climate change, etc of this Peninsula.
The Hoo Peninsula needs to be recognised for it's natural beauty and value to the mental well being of individuals and should be invested in as such.
There has already been over development on this Peninisula resulting in a serious lack of infrastructure and services to support what is already here.
There is only one road on and off the Peninisula, already overwhelmed at times.

These things are crucial for the young people of Medway. Currently this is not in place for young people with SEN.

'It is a Plan for Medway as its own place.' This is badly worded.

Loss of green belt and BMV has not been properly evidenced. Development on brownfield land should be prioritised with a targeted call for brownfield sites.
The layout/structure of the local plan is confusing.
Policy index is needed.
Query what differentiates a strategic policy from a thematic on and a thematic policy from a DM policy.
Policies maps are user friendly. Allocation do not appear to be accompanied by a policy number.

Hoo peninsula needs to be kept as that, there's no room for further development, upgrade what infrastructure there is
