This is a fabulous idea which we have seen work in various commercial/industrial areas around the world.
This would encourage the active movement between the Gillingham waterfront and the town centre - something sorely lacking. It would also be something to visit as a tourist as well as greening the area and off-setting road pollution.
This shouldn’t be considered an opportunity but ‘a priority’.
