[REDACTED] Please tell me how I can support the 'learning quarter' or any other area/establishment in Medway.

Students in Medway would welcome opportunities to remain in the towns post-graduation but point to the lack of graduate opportunities in the area. Investment in further education schemes that can allow Medway to compete with London to maintain skilled workers is welcome.

Students also report few employment opportunities whilst they study which again, drives them away from Medway to develop their professional skills. Students at Medway would welcome investment in industries that provide part time work opportunities for students and skills development.

It is very difficult to get a place in schools when moving between term times - with almost no choice . I also would like to see Medway put a stop to the bussing in of children from other boroughs (Lewisham, Stratford, Croydon and North London)to take our Grammar and Academy places. It has wider implications on the community when school children in secondary years have friends that live eight miles down the motorway and cannot hang out with local friends. Why are they allowed to do this and can our Medway Children get places in London Academies?

Medway should to have a full range of of learning and skills available from early years schools right up to
Further education and including apprenticeship available to all Young people what ever their academic achievements.
All Young people must have access to apprenticeship if they are wanted.
Take Chatham dockyard as an example apprenticeship for who ever wanted them.
Something to work towards.

In Medway, and especially in Allhallows, there is a pressing need for more schools. Our local primary and secondary schools have been operating at full capacity for years and will likely remain so. It's misleading that housing developments in our village advertise proximity to a local primary school without disclosing that the school is already overcrowded. This lack of transparency exacerbates the problem, as new residents may be unaware of the limitations on educational facilities, further straining the system and impacting the quality of education for all students.

Not all education should be centred around new technologies. There is a need, especially in Medway because of its' high number of historic and heritage sites and farming, for education to support traditional skills and farming/horticulture. King Charles already has a centre in Scotland for this, I believe this area is a prime location for a similar enterprise enabling local people to train to look after what has historically been important to our communities.
