Medway Local Plan (Regulation 18, 2024)

3.2.1

Representation ID: 2410

Received: 04/09/2024

Respondent: Mr paul Blaber

Representation Summary:

As a resident of Allhallows village I feel there is little or no infrastructure to sustain the proposed plans of housing, we have one road in one out, our water supply is constantly broken leaking. We have one tiny school now as the other school in Lower Stoke was closed. We have a satellite doctors surgery which is only open for limited hours, no shops. The Haven holiday Park has grown now covering the lower half of the Thames peninsula. Development will not be council housing ,all of this would put pressure on an already struggling infrastructure!
