Additional housing in the Allhallows area is likely to put an additional strain on an already stretched availability on doctors appointments which are nearly impossible to get already, there is only limited schooling options with one already closed down, there are constant water leaks along the one of only two roads leading to the village, and numerous power cuts as all the power cables are above ground and at the mercy of the weather. The infrastructure is already creaking and extra housing in this area is not viable. Also, there is no employment opportunity's in this area.

Expansion of Allhallows would be counter productive because there's already properties which have been for sale for a long time without selling, even new builds. The area between Binney Road and Stoke Road continually flood, there are numerous water pipe leaks on the way to the village, power outages are fairly frequent so the infrastructure is at breaking point already. It only needs an incident on the main road onto the peninsula to completely gridlock the whole area. All this without even mentioning the impact it will have on the local wildlife.
