Why are we worried about students? They are the most pandered to and catered to people there are. Not to mention entitled, they will be fine one way or the other

Mobile home parks would not actually be a bad idea if they were the option for North Dane Way, fields wouldn't be completely destroyed and it's not like residents would be there permanently if they didn't wish to be so would be less of a burden of amenities and the general community

This is the problem, we have disused retail buildings that could be ready to go again for their intended purposes but what do developers do? Turn them all into flats and houses. We have to many if those and not enough shops, pubs etc and they're dying out sadly no thanks to you lot. Residential buildings are no good to people because they're only useful to the people that buy and live in them
