Policy T6: Mobile Home Parks

Representation ID: 3065

Received: 06/09/2024

Respondent: Mr Anthony Rees

Representation Summary:

Mobile home parks would not actually be a bad idea if they were the option for North Dane Way, fields wouldn't be completely destroyed and it's not like residents would be there permanently if they didn't wish to be so would be less of a burden of amenities and the general community

Policy S11: Existing Employment Provision

Representation ID: 3079

Received: 06/09/2024

Respondent: Mr Anthony Rees

Representation Summary:

This is the problem, we have disused retail buildings that could be ready to go again for their intended purposes but what do developers do? Turn them all into flats and houses. We have to many if those and not enough shops, pubs etc and they're dying out sadly no thanks to you lot. Residential buildings are no good to people because they're only useful to the people that buy and live in them
