I feel the council should have more control over the moorings and marinas to ensure that owners are adhering to all health and safety rules. In addition I would like to see residential marinas to be able to have a residents association without the fear of being evicted, which has happened in a large marina with over 300 boats. when the pipes freeze we should be given a water provision instead of being told tough luck.
