The urban plan makes most sense to me as it has less impact on the existing infrastructure. However, public services are a real concern.
I also worry that Hempstead is going to end up being so closely connected to Lordswood that there will be no open land between them

If there is ANY impact on the natural habitat then it should not happen. It seems bizarre that there is a way to get around it with mitigation or compensation.

Why is there no mention of solar panels in this section? Many other countries have accepted that building with Solar in the roof is a great way to spread the generation of electricity and reduce demands on the grid.
Also, the provision of EV chargers has already occurred in several small developments around Medway. I think it should be mandatory.
