SGO 1 is my preferred option. SGO 3 is not suitable in my opinion for various reasons. I am fully against this option.
I am happy to provide further explanation of my reasoning for this if you wished to contact me. In summary Allhallows does not have adequate infrastructure...road access, public transport, schooling space, childcare facilities, amenities.
