The majority of new housing in Medway must be located where there is the least housing now i.e. on the Hoo Peninsula.
The green spaces around Rainham and the majority of the Capstone Valley must be kept undeveloped as areas in the southern half of Medway has had enormous quantities of new houses over the last 50 yrs.

As part of the future regeneration of Gillingham Town centre, car parking charges (up to 3hrs) should be scrapped to encourage people to come, so that the area can compete with Hempstead Valley Shopping centre where parking is free for up to 6 hrs!
