Areas of Lordswood, Hempstead and lidsing must be protected and remain predominantly rural, especially if the unwanted development by KCC goes ahead, further development in this locality by Medway will destroy the area and will simply become a gridlocked conurbation. I choose not to live in a city hence buying in Lordswood.

Will the train line be extended to areas of Lordswood, Hempstead, etc. you’re happy to build and over develop these areas beyond any rural recognition and therefore you must extend the train service to our no longer countryside. I cannot get a bus to places I want to go without travelling into Chatham first. Building more unwanted houses at great expense (ie not affordable save to those DFLs and greedy landlords) means additional and extensive bus routes

Have you tried to get a doctors appointment recently or visited a dentist (NHS or private) or even tried to access services at Medway? It’s impossible!!! More houses and no more services. It’s all well and good saying you’re going to include hospitals and GPs etc but we simply don’t have the workforce! Same with teachers - there aren’t any to fill the vacancies already! Have you tried to get a his from Lordswood to Medway hospital?? You can’t! No direct or easy routes, or cheap!

[REDACTED] Areas such as Lordswood and Hempstead MUST be protected to help improve wellbeing and climate in our tiny area of England
Apparently trees and natural environments are a necessity for improving climate impacts, so let’s ignore this important fact and just build on everything, sod the environment, animals, flora and fauna and just build houses for more and more immigrants - great choice!!!
