Living on the Hoo Peninsula, I would prefer SGO1 (Option 1) as there has been too much housing development already here. We cannot have any more development unless the current population is supported by vital services and infrastructure. Road infrastructure and other services and very importantly health services need to be in place BEFORE any further housing development.
