Would be good to see recognition of food security as an issue linked to climate change and a commitment to preserve all grade 1 agricultural land in Medway. Given that this is a local plan I think we should say what we want for Medway rather than being beholdent to a changing national policy. No development on green belt.

Has there been an assessment on how many empty buildings there are and reclaiming these.
The numbers of housing planned to reflect local need and population growth, it seems that Medway is taking more than its fair share of the national housing targets given its current population density. This should be challenged.
