Medway Local Plan (Regulation 18, 2024)

3.2.1

Representation ID: 3108

Received: 07/09/2024

Respondent: Ms Catriona Jamieson

Representation Summary:

Has there been an assessment on how many empty buildings there are and reclaiming these.

The numbers of housing planned to reflect local need and population growth, it seems that Medway is taking more than its fair share of the national housing targets given its current population density. This should be challenged.
