My family's home life will be significantly affected by the proposals. Our house has enjoyed unobstructed views over orchards and fields for hundreds of years. You now propose to replace this with housing and a local centre.
You suggest the development will have regard for the listed buildings. However, the 'setting' of a listed building is an important element. The removal of the farmland will have a significantly adverse impact on the setting.
I cannot understand why an almost identical planning application rejected by the planning inspectorate less than five years ago is now proposed by the local authority.
