I broadly support the need for a local plan in principle as there has not been one for over 20 years. It does not mean I support all of it particularly policy SA6 relating to "Strood West" and I have serious concerns in other matters

There needs to be transparancy as to the change of Greenbelt to grey belt without warning. Has all brownfield sites been explored and prioritised

I do not think you have considered the impact developments of this size will have on the Strood area. High Halstow already have issues with drainage. The houses at the Little Hermitage end of Dillywood Lane are not on mains drainage. There must be a reason for this.
