Following consultation events for Local Plan and former Orchard site I wish to object in the strongest possible manner to the extent of development of good Agricultural land and our open spaces.
Why rename the Orchards, Rainham Parkside Village, other than to pretend it is somehow different to the site refused by Medway and the planning inspectorate. The current council is being politically opportunist in trying to circumvent the outcome of proper planning process of 20/21.
The plan should be thrown out as none of the valid reasons for refusal have change apart from a small reduction in unit numbers.
