The peninsula has been built on over the past years and will end up being over populated. There isn't enough school places, doctors or infrastructure to cope as it is. The air quality is diminishing rapidly.

A village is not a large development of housing. The plans are doubling the size of the area. It is not planned for local people to downsize to. The people moving in will be over powering the village atmosphere that exists.
