Too large development in already overcrowded area leading to more traffic, pollution, more dilution of public services. Not only in immediate area but also main connecting roads in the area. parking is already a problem which will worsen.
valuable GREEN BELT land to be built upon will forever be lost along with the sense of enclosed community that it provides.
Pollution increase as a population explosion this will cause use local links.
continued migration by Londoners being the main benefactors of development bringing the well documented crime and gang culture that we do not want increased in Medway!
