While I acknowledge the great pressure on current and future housing needs, I want to ask that care is taken to build not just houses but a sustainable thriving communities with shops, services and communal spaces and facilities that cater for all ages especially youth centres available. If this is not done, you will end up with 'trouble
estates' prone to vandalism and isolated people.
