In addition, Medway must be a place that encourages and supports various its citizens right to worship freely as churches. In addition, there must be adequate provision of space in the plan for such organisations t9 thrive and impact the quality of life in their communities through social action.

While I acknowledge the great pressure on current and future housing needs, I want to ask that care is taken to build not just houses but a sustainable thriving communities with shops, services and communal spaces and facilities that cater for all ages especially youth centres available. If this is not done, you will end up with 'trouble
estates' prone to vandalism and isolated people.

I am glad to see that you are thinking and planning for employment in Medway. It would be helpful especially in this current economic climate to come up with business friendly policies around business rates, parking, access to appropriate premises especially in the planned developments coming up. This will bode well for retaining the various talents among the different age groups especially the young adults in the area.

I am just concerned that there does not seem to be any thought to community cohesion for the potential residents in the premise of planning. These things can so easily be left out and what we will be left with is a mere concrete city.
