The plan states: The plan has been informed by a wide ranging evidence base, including technical reports and assessments, and input from consultation and engagement with statutory bodies, residents, developers, businesses, voluntary and community organisations.
I would like to know how the residents have been consulted. I live within 5 minutes of the proposed redevelopment of Chapter Farm and the first I have heard of this is through word of mouth from other local residents who are dismayed about the proposition.

I do not believe the calculation for required housing in the area is accurate unless the plan is to encourage more people into the community and if this is the plan, then I think you should be transparent about where they are coming from.

This plan does not cater for the needs of the people.
Due care and consideration has not been given to improvements to road infrastructure.
