This is a smack in the face to all the campaigning to stop houses being built here. Residents are not for it and it is outrageous that it should be considered again. It is very clear that the council is not listening to their voters. Do NOT build on these orchards.

No more houses should be built in this area. The road system will not cope with more houses - the roads are breaking up constantly due to the current volume of traffic.

The reason that Rainham centre does not flourish is because of the increase in parking charges and the high shop rental charges.
