4.12.4 the land at Strood North should not be classed as grey belt when this land is constantly farmed and produces potatoes and other produce. It is not some derelict petrol station or unused area of land. This land can not be described as low quality. How can this classification be made and where are such reports that can be viewed by the people.
The discussions with Gravesham borough seem to be what has changed the councils plan to not build on this Greenbelt to now it being greybelt and as such suitable now to be built on.

The parcels 1-4 in Strood that have been selected cover a large remaining portion of Strood that is left as Greenbelt. Why have those been selected for development over other areas of the borough that have lots of green belt areas that could be built on. If these areas are built on and then Gravesham builds right up to the boundary, Strood sit right next to Higham and will become a concrete jungle. Thus not preventing urban sprawl that we all hear or heard so much about previously and that seems to now be a redundant term!

Parcel 1-4 Strood North does not handle water drainage well. Attached pictures will show bodies of water on the field which have consistently appeared through heavy rain. Also another picture attached is drainage the bottom of Clinton avenue outside my house that regularly appears when we have decent rain fall.

Parcels 1-4 host a wide variety of wild life. Building on these sites will be not only illegal but will also destroy the homes and areas that this wildlife frequents
I have videos of a bat in my garden but unable to upload these. This video was confirmed by the Bat Conservation Trust.
Photos 1-2 was taken from a video also in my back garden of a hawk of some type.
Photos 3-4 was taken from a video taken at my mother in laws property just the other side of the Gravesend Road at Little Hermitage of a hawk.
