6.8.3

Representation ID: 4874

Received: 11/08/2025

Respondent: Mrs Pauline Barritt

Representation Summary:

All HMOs I have either been near to or experienced have no suitable tenant checks or guidelines drawn up by landlords to respect property and or neighbourhood. When landlords are approached they take no responsibility so there should be an additional independent body to review and take account of neighbours views on conduct of property and tenants at least annually
