Medway is to be frank an eye sore Blocks of flats being put up all over Chatham town centre which do nothing to make it more attractive. Total lack of understanding by the Council that everyone can or wants to walk or use public transport - car travel is essential for busy working people who are multi tasking - e.g. drop of at childcare on way to work or shopping on way home from work are just 2 examples. Car users cant be dismissed and everything focussed on making people use buses or walk as this is totally impractical.
