Food production must be kept to not be so reliant on foreign imports. Local food supply has lower emmissions.

Where are the new supplies of fresh water supply coming from. With global warming affecting weather patterns and a severe lack of storage in Kent I believe a complete lack of vision is taking place. Build some resevoirs
