Hoo only has one way in and out, it is a peninsula, you are aware of this. The traffic is already at more than capacity here, adding more homes adds more cars, you cannot avoid it. I suggest someone drives up and down the A228 and surrounding areas every day for a month during term time to experience the full extent of this issue.
