The local plan doesn't allocated any of the required sites for GRT community. It has not taken the recommendations of the GTAA on board. The plan assumes that some of that need can be met through expansion of existing sites, which will lead to over intensification of these sites, leading to overcrowding. It has failed identify any new land suitable for local site provision. It has failed to also conduct any assessment of the GRT families living in bricks and mortar looking for pitches. It has thus not treated this community fairly in meeting their need.
