Rochester is the city, the area is the Medway Towns.
Medway is a river that runs through Kent.
The Towns cycle paths system is a disgrace.
The paths are deplorable.
Pedestrian provision is dangerous on Chatham & Gillingham High Street.
Local citizens cannot afford to live in the area.
The bus system is a farce.
New development quality of the 1980's.
The last major infrastructure for expansion for the water and drainage system is Rat Bay pumping station.
The £170mill HIF debacle.
