In point 5:36, the proposal states the Hoo peninsular to be "markedly different in character" Should housing development take place to the extent cited in point 5:41, the 'different character' no longer will exist and so the different towns , neighbourhoods and villages - to which you refer earlier in your proposal are doomed are they not?
