A commitment to re-ignite the Hoo Peninsula Railway development project as we have advocated after paragraph 5.46 would, in our view, afford the opportunity to improve the freight service offer for the Employment Sites identified and thereby maximise the value and benefits to be derived from that rail transport infrastructure investment.
