It would be vital to see transport sustainability assessment for the whole of Medway, not just the peninsula, and good to see the council abandon its plan to cram all development into the peninsula. It would also be good to see real protections on the ecology, butressed by the evidence so far hidden from us of the ecological sustainability assessments. Without new road infrastructure the officers stated clearly that only 1000 extra homes could be built on the peninsula, and we are some way along that road already, so we vitally need to know how infrastructure spending will precede development
