High Quality usually means high price, not affordable homes.
Greenery great but who will maintain it, will these developments have stipulations on what a resident can or can't do to improve their home ( extend for example)
Parking ????? why is this not mentioned, Clear your vision for the end of the Car, what about disabled developments??No mention of homes for them

it all sound like a utopia vision, but in reality will it actually be achievable.
