SGO2. It’s not all about building affordable housing. If you close the docks you are making people unemployed, they won’t be able to buy the houses you intend to build. Hundreds of jobs will be lost. In fact one of the businesses located at the docks makes the reinforcement needed to build houses. You have a thriving business on your door step. Local deliveries no need to import from other countries. The houses built need to be affordable for local people, and infrastructure must be a priority. Medway towns are a nightmare to travel around already.
