We are concerned that this approach with the proposed site allocations will not deliver necessary quantum of housing as elaborated through our more detailed representations submitted as a separate document. In short, the allocations do not appear to have taking into account the full impacts of 10% BNG and no detailed housing trajectory has been provided to show how sites will deliver the necessary housing to meet the demands, a problem especially for strategic scale sites that lack the appropriate infrastructure at present.
