England is the most densely populated major country in Europe, four times as many people per square km than France and Portugal. Kent is in the top ten most densely populated counties in England; we are already over populated and need to limit new housing. Where absolutely necessary, focus on urban and brownfield sites. The stunning rural area of the Hoo Peninsula must be protected at all costs and kept for agricultural land, which is absolutely necessary for food sustainability and security.
