Medway needs modern, supportive housing for disabled and vulnerable individuals, located in public areas with a public realm. Addressing mental health issues, drug addiction, and gambling addictions is crucial. The gambling shops in Medway's High Streets contribute to the gambling addiction. We need better helplines, better services and better support, especially for mental health. The Sunlight Centre should be relocated to Medway Park, near the Gym, as it promotes wellbeing, health and fitness. The three will compliment each other. Social isolation is also a major problem, including myself. We need more activities to do in Medway for all ages.

Chatham Docks should not be closed, as it is a vital working industry in Medway, causing job losses. The site should be regenerated, with better keeping, and supported by the council, as it has been around for 400 years and contributes to the area's versatility and history. It is essential that Chatham Docks remains open. Everywhere shouldn't be homes. Medway City Estate has significant potential for redevelopment, including improved land use, suitable business spaces, suitable homes, and enhanced landscape and streetscape. Medway City Estate would be a great place for a waterfront site.

Most vacant units require demolition to accommodate modern developments.

Apartments above shops make the make sense, however they need to be accessible and modern, in which a major redesign of most Medway's High Streets and relocation of space needs to come in
