Significant transport congestion, increased air pollution, more Medical centres/hubs, Schools and a new Medway Hospital to support the current one. Builders to be forced to build these at the same time as the estates are being built not as an afterthought when suddenly scream there profits have been affected

Under this plan it is projected that the population of Medway will increase by a third. Currently roads throughout Medway are overly congested add another potential 60,000 vehicles will be added to the area. I can not see how the increase in housing can be allowed without plans for vastly improved road and public transport plans. Air pollution will increase and subsequent rise in medical needs.
As I suspect most of these plans will be forced through then at least make the builders include Medical health care centres more schools and make significant financial contributions to these needs and ensure that they are built at the same time as these estates.
