New homes to have solar panels installed.
Better financial schemes for existing homes to be green, not just means tested. As this excludes some people who are just above threshold of poverty.
Healthy foods needs to be cheaper than junk and fast foods.
More community centres that are of good quality, similar to st Mary’s island community centre.

Securing jobs and developing skills for a competitive economy

Education focus should also be towards skilled professions such as electricians, plumbers, hair dressers, etc., - there are different kinds of smart, not just academic smart.

Increase of housing will impact road capabilities so better infrastructure needed, such as more roads, GPS, schools. More residential parking around the areas where new homes are built. Improved parking for existing homes.

If there is capacity, gravesham council would need to support financially for costs towards need to more school, GPS, better roads/ better infrastructure, improved public transport, residential parking, the upkeep of maintaining the area where these 2000 homes may be built.
