The suburban development are in Capstone Valley and Hempstead will desimate the open gap between Hempstead and Lordswood. East Hill development has already reduced this gap. No additional developments should invade the Capstone Valley. Existing facilities (doctors, hospitals and schools along with infrastructure will not support such expansion.
