It is very hard, no impossible, to trust Medway Council when its officers make fundamental mistakes such as spending vast amounts of money on HIF preparation when the grant was not forthcoming, also paying for a Cycle lane with road signs in its centre, or paying for contractors that are late and slow, and many many more poor decisions whilst ignoring the voices from the Hoo Peninsula demanding improvements to infrastructure in advance of building permissions and building taking place. Medway Council no matter what political affiliations have and continue to be useless….
