Facilitate responsible access to salt marsh environment, make access an opportunity to visit islands within least impactful time of year, develop Hoo island as a wildlife/rewilding area with nature study centre and campsite to teach children an adults about the Medway Estuary. Manage accessibility rather than try to stop it. Educate people before they explore.
