The links between health and climate change are well documented as are a population's healthcare benefits that are delivered from active travel, greater access to safe green spaces, improved air quality and better standards of housing. The ICB and Medway and Swale Health and Care Partnership will work closely with Medway Council through the Local Plan development process to deliver a sustainable, greener and healthier future for the population of Medway.
