The whole consultation documents are lacking in detail, its unclear how firstly your vision and then the spatial strategy can coexist, a vision dealing with climate change protecting the countryside and coastline taking note of the estuaries as valued habitats enhancing its distinct character. Whilst your spatial strategy seeks to completely destroy the rural environment of the Hoo Peninsula, the loss of agricultural land, the destruction of its history heritage and landscapes.
This head long rush to urbanise rural communities to take away there distinctive identities contrary to NPPF 2023 chapter five and chapter 11 paragraph 120

the council has a duty to protect and I would suggest enhance this national and international area.
these plans would have a destructive impact on this area

The withdrawal of HIF undermines your spatial strategy and with no certainty of how infrastructure could happen is undeliverable
