Medways high streets are dying and run down. The out of town shopping centers have killed them off. Parking charges are also adding to there demise. The traffic problems in the towns also put people off of going into the high streets. Why go there when you can go to out of town centers for all the bigger stores.

opportunities have been lost to promote green energy. With the hundreds of houses built in recent years they should all have had solar panels as standard.

The air quality around the four elms hill area from Wainscott to Chattenden needs addressing. The A228 to Grain cannot support any more traffic. The roundabout itself is a bottle neck at busy times and if there are problems of any sort on the A228 all the lanes are used as alternative routes and cannot cope.

A good number of people moving to new developments in the Medway Towns are coming from the London area. These are not Medways needs.
