Any house building/development must be small in scale so to not destroy the current character and outlooks of Medway's villages. Open green space must be retained for the good of each village and the health and wellbeing of residents.

You are saying alot about climate change. To help address climate change you need to stop allowing developers destroying green field sites and open spaces. Water needs to go somewhere and concrete isn't the answer.

Existing brownfield sites and land not impacting the character of rural villages must be used. The loss of Greenfield sites will have a detrimental impact on existing residents and their mental health and wellbeing as well as wildlife.

Making rural suburban is not the answer. The loss of this land to bricks and concrete will greatly impact the lives of existing residents negatively. Building in these areas is not sustainable as reliance on cars is inevitable. Crime and anto social beywill increase and the wellbeing of existing residents and potential new residents will be impacted. Changing the landscape in these rural areas must not be allowed - the Greenfield sites will be lost forever. The resulting sprawling estates ruin sites of importance.

With the loss of the HIF and cancellation of the proposed train station on the Hoo Peninsula the infrastructure will never be in place or sufficient for the huge increase in population in the area that you propose. Even with some of the road improvements previously mentioned the road network would not cope with 40-50 thousand more private vehicles.
Deangate Country Park must be kept as a country park and not built over.
